FOXBORO -- Gillette Stadium officials are planning to reapply for a Vans Warped Tour 2004 license with the board of selectmen.

Town Administrator Andrew Gala said he received word that an application would be submitted today.

A license for the concert was denied by the board last month because of concerns about safety and noise.

The concert promoter wants to hold the concert Aug. 19 and 20 in a parking lot of Gillette Stadium.
