Skiers at risk
NORTH ATTLEBORO -- The signs at Sunrise Ski Hill in World War I Memorial Park say `` Danger'' and `` No Trespassing,'' but that hasn't stopped crowds of skiers, sledders and snowboarders from flying down the slope.
In some cases the thrill-seekers may not be aware the hill is even posted. Souvenir hunters periodically pull the signs down and cart them away.
But the town warns that the hill is not staffed and is potentially unsafe, even if sledders think otherwise.
