B ASKETBALL

Premier Position Clinics Basketball Camp, directed by former Attleboro High School basketball star Derek Swenson, who played collegiately at Keene (N.H.) State, at the Attleboro YMCA Aug. 27-28. The weekend camps, Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. and Sundays from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. The clinic will feature a high intensity program of drills and workouts for post and perimeter players. The workout plan is composed of drills and techniques designed specifically to improve an individual's game. Babul Brothers Basketball Camp, Aug. 8-12 at North Attleboro High School and at the North Attleboro Middle School. Camp will run daily from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. and is open to boys and girls 7-14 years of age. The camp is under the guidance of former Georgia Tech player Jon Babul and former UMass player Mike Babul. High-Five Hoop Camp: Attleboro High basketball coach Mark Houle will be conducting his eighth-annual hoop camp at the Attleboro YMCA. Session I runs from July 18-22 for boys ages 7-11 while Session II is from July 25-29 for boys ages 12-15. Camp runs from 9:15-3:30 each day. Tuition is $160, fee includes tee-shirt and basketball.
