NORTH ATTLEBORO -- The cops say it's a doggone shame.
Foxy, a wire-haired fox terrier, was stolen from her teenage owner in Cumberland, last weekend, and authorities are so incensed they're offering a $1,000 reward for the return of the dog or information leading to conviction of the thief.
`` We just felt that it was a crime, that it was awful, as a kid, having someone steal your dog,'' Cumberland police Detective Kevin D'Ambra said Tuesday. The reward is being offered by Cumberland Crime Stoppers.
