Last modified: Thursday, November 10, 2005 1:11 AM EST Work to start on Bliss School ATTLEBORO -- After sitting vacant and crumbling for almost 20 years while city officials struggled to find a use for it, the former Bliss School is finally being readied for transformation into affordable housing by a New Hampshire company. GreatBridge Properties from Manchester, N.H., has completed its purchase of the site and is gearing up for construction, company official Bill Caselden said.
