Attleboro resident Jeanine Odlin-White will spend part of today getting ready -- not for Thanksgiving dinner Thursday, but for early shopping Friday.

She'll be perusing store ads, finalizing her list and drawing up a shopping route so she can rise at dawn and get to stores in Maine, where she'll be visiting family. There, she'll be ready and waiting Friday when her sister picks her up sometime after 6 a.m.

`` We'll hit whatever store has the best sales,'' Odlin-White said.
