ATTLEBORO -- A local musical family is pulling together to aid one of its members who is facing kidney transplant surgery.

The Jeffrey family is planning a classic rock fund-raiser Dec. 4 at Johnny Mac's on Dunham Street to raise funds for Jane Jeffrey, 41, who has been on kidney dialysis for the past several months.

She's the daughter of city businesswoman Claire Jeffrey and the sister of rock and blues musician John `` Johnny J.'' Jeffrey and rock bassist David Jeffrey.
