Christmas for Elmer and Lee Nadow of Attleboro will be the family affair it's always been, but with some adjustments.

The tree is already up, but this year it's an artificial one, not the live fir or pine of past years.

They'll still have all the children and grandchildren over -- all 22 of them -- and Elmer will still sit at the head of the table, just as he has always done.

But the food will likely be prepared elsewhere and transported to the house, just as was done for Thanksgiving, when their daughter and son-in-law next door virtually catered the meal.
