BOSTON - The Bishop Feehan girls' basketball teams' quest for a state title ended Monday night with a 56-34 loss to Lincoln-Sudbury in the Division 2 state semifinal played at the TD Banknorth Garden.

The Shamrocks, the top seed in the South Sectional, finish their season at 23-2. North Sectional champion Lincoln-Sudbury (23-2) advances to Saturday's State Championship game at the DCU Center in Worcester against the winner of tonight's game at Fitchburg State between Central Mass. champion Millbury (21-1) and Western Mass. champion Hampshire Regional (18-5).
