GLOUCESTER - The North Attleboro High School cheerleaders placed second in Division 2 at the MSSAA State Championships held at Gloucester High School on Sunday.

The North team was a mere two points behind the champions, Westford Academy. North has qualified to compete at the New England Regionals on Saturday, March 17 at the University of New Hampshire. Team members are: Emily Gregory, Megan Dean, Jackie Collupy, Kristen Correia, Jessica Rickard, Mellissa Osborne, Laura Reiffarth, Nicole Hardy, Megan Hamlin, Shelby Hall, Rebecca Petro, Regan Johnson, Amy Goss, Chelsea Ryan, Alicia Patalano, Bianca Rosa, Aly Meyer, Ashley Sherman, Lyndsey Rasicot, Marylynn Everton, Kori Papsadore, Kiley O'Connor and Stephanie Wallace. Coaches are: Julie George, Kelly Barton and Patti Johnson.
