FIELD HOCKEY Youth Indoor Field Hockey sponsored by Attleboro YMCA: a recreational league for kids ages 10-18; five players per team; modified version of indoor field hockey rules will be used to officiate the games; players have to provide their own sticks with blade covers or socks, shin pads, mouth piece and eye protection; push shots and push passes are the norm, no raised balls or drives are allowed; balls may only leave the floor on a shot at the net in the striking circle; all games played on Saturday mornings through April 14; middle school 10-14 year olds play from 9-10 a.m. and high school, ages 15-18, play from 10-11 a.m.; Fee is $25 for non-members, $15 for members and $10 for a family member.
