The league has some solid talent with Tim Forbes, Jeff Babul, Chris Dunn, New England Patriots' Reche Caldwell and Kevin Faulk, amongst a bunch. Patch, incidentally, was invited to the Reebok Invitational Top-100 tournament ...

Norton High grad Courtney Klenk, a senior distance runner at URI, was named to the Atlantic-10 Conference's Academic all-star team. A biological sciences major with a 4.0 GPA and winner of the Elizabeth Holmes Award as the outstanding senior scholar-athlete, she finished 11th in the 10,000-meter run at the A-10 Meet.
