GUEST COLUMN: Candidate's vision for better city

We are gathered here as a community to grow and perfect our democratic republic. The system of all things get refreshed and the purpose of the government is to serve men, women, and community. The right to get food, clothing, shelter and safe job sites. The economic system is the whole community's and does not belong to the growth period.

I loved Ronald Regan very much. He fixed the California budget. I want to address our community's economy. I want to reflect his greatness.

We used to build each others' houses. I want to see no homelessness for our citizens and no hunger. I want to establish a fund that goes directly to the people for such things as emergencies for transportation and to address work grievances regarding abuse in the work place. I hate a situation where people want to work and are without jobs and a sustainable income.

We need everyone to want to make the community system work for the survival of the system and everyone is important and basic decent good ness must prevail. We must restore our public and make it golden.

On downtown's revitalization, I would like to see our vision empowered and moved by getting leaders involved in a coordinated movement in world peace. The Gaza Strip in Israel, the City of Baghdad in Iraq, Ireland, Britain to designate a few spots to empower the world peace including the Vatican. It's all growth and development and education. Love will remain.

I also want our economy to include the families that worked our town for the last 115 years to make sure they have everything they need.

As a leader, I have been molded by my elders who taught me to pray for all my neighbors since I was about 5 years old and gave me a world where I have been voting for everyone in Attleboro and on earth to have a good future since I was 18 years old. True love for the community gives us the faces to renew the face of earth as a family.

I speak often to break up the horrible disunity of people being left out by an antichrist attitude. Attleboro's strengths are God-given. The truth is that we have enough hearts to fix the place.

THOMAS Devisscher has been circulating nomination papers for mayor of Attleboro. The Sun Chronicle welcomes one guest column from any candidate for local office to introduce themselves to the voters.
