The Sun Chronicle's Newspaper in Education Department is eager to help you provide training for your teachers. On Teacher Development days, we can come to your school and conduct workshops that will provide your staff with easy-to-implement lesson plans and educational activities for any grade level and subject area.

We provide all workshop materials including newspapers, activity sheets, curriculum guides, door prizes and more. Best of all, there's absolutely no charge to you! Workshops can be scheduled for all or part of your early release period.

We can also arrange to come to your school any school day to conduct an after-school workshop or hold an all-day informational session in your teacher's lounge (teachers simply drop by during their planning period for hands-on training).
