NOTESTER: Easter brunch choices are plentiful, so hop to it!

Hey, why not brunch?

At Morin's on South Main Street in Downtown Attleboro it's 20 bucks, 9 and change for kids. The day starts at Morin's with a mid-morning breakfast buffet 8:30 to 11:30 for 11 bucks and change, and ends with a special dinner menu with entrees from 1 to 13 bucks. (508.222.9875 and 508.222.8834)

It's 16 bucks, 8 for kids, with seatings at 9, 10, 11 and noon at the Good Times Pub on Diamond Hill Road in Cumberland. They also have an Easter dinner buffet for 20 bucks, 9 for kids, with seatings at 1:30, 2:30, 3:30 and 4:30. (401.333.8828)

At Corinne's on Newport Avenue in Pawtucket it's 16 bucks, 8 for kids, and runs 10 to 2. At Raffael's on 1A in Walpole it's 10 to 3 and $26 bucks, 13 for kids.

It's 10 to 2 at the Tavern from Tower Square on Route 1 in Plainville, 25 bucks, 11 for kids.

They have a special holiday homemade ham dinner for 11 bucks at MaGlockner's on Maple Street in Bellingham. (maglockners.com and 508.966.1085)

Want to eat at home and not cook? Get a hold of Fine Catering by Russell Morin and place your order. Pickup is Saturday. (508.226.6600) Oh, and on Saturday you can meet the Easter Bunny 9:30 to 1 at a family breakfast or lunch at the Hearth 'n Kettle on Route 1 in South Attleboro, where they have a special holiday menu. Blame the economy: Carmine's and the Twin Hearth Buffet at Twin River in Lincoln are now open only on weekends. Carmine's is open Friday and Saturday nights, the Twin Hearth Friday night, and Saturday day and night. On apositive note, the Fado Irish Pub at Twin River is extending its hours from five to seven nights a week. There are no changes at Fred & Steve's and The Food Court.

Incontro Restaurant on 140 in Franklin is having (508) 520-2770 a wine dinner with Jim Summers of Summer's Winery on Wednesday, April 2, at 7. It's 65 bucks. (508.520.2770)

The prix fixe menu, which ends Tuesday, at Flemings in Downtown Providence includes a salad, a cinnamon apple haystack dessert and a choice of three entrees: chicken saltimbocca, filet oscar and almond-crusted shrimp.

You get 20 percent off all wines Thursdays at Capadano's on North Washington Street in North Attleboro. (508.695.2006)

On Thursday more than 50 Boston area restaurants are joining in the Community Servings 16th annual LifeSavor benefit. It begins with a cocktail reception at the Langham Hotel and from there guests, in groups of 10, are chauffeured by Old Town Trolleys to one of the participating restaurants for a multi-course meal with accompanying wines, before returning to the Langham for dessert from Café Fleuri's famed Chocolate Bar. Camille's on Bradford Street in Downtown Providence has a 29-buck three-course fixed-priced Twilight Menu that includes a glass of wine for 29 bucks from 4 to 6 through the end of April. (401.751.4812)

The Sons of Italy lodge at the Columbia Cultural Center in the industrial park in Taunton is having a beeer and wine tasting festival 7 to 9 Friday, March 28, at the center. (508.930.2898)

Show up at Rita's Water Ice on Newport Avenue in Pawtucket between noon and 9 today and they'll give you a free Italian ice to celebrate Spring. They're doing the same things at the Rita's in Warwick and North Providence if you're over that way.

DeWolf Tavern on Thames Street Landing in Bristol has added new appetizers, salads and entrees. Look for house-made pastas, duck confit, flat iron steak salad and grilled filet mignon.(dewolftavern.com)

The Only in Rhode Island store in Providence on Thayer Street has closed. A new store at T.F. Green Airport is under construction, and the Newport location at Long Wharf Mall remains open.

They're celebrating the flavors of New Orleans through the end of April at Magnolias at Inman Square in Boston. Look for shrimp remoulade served over fried green tomatoes, pan-grilled pork chop served over Creole red beans and topped with a New Orleans bordelaise, and blackened rainbow trout topped with sautéed fresh crabmeat and sliced toasted almonds. On Monday and Monday, March 31, Pizzico Ristorante on Hope Street in Providence is donating 20 percent of its gross income to the Alzheimer's CURE Foundation. (401.421.4114)

Johnson & Wales University and Brown University will sponsor a series of discussions and exhibitions that explore the topics of Asian food, food memories and ethnic identities, starting with "Eating Chinese: Global and Local Perspectives on Memory and Identity" on Friday, April 4, and Saturday, April 5. The two-day event will take place at Brown University on Friday, April 4, and at the Culinary Arts Museum of Johnson & Wales University, 315 Harborside Blvd., Providence, on Saturday, April 5. These events are free and open to the public and include film screenings, panel discussions, interviews, museum exhibits and a cooking demonstration.
