ATTLEBORO - A 53-year-old man is accused of breaking into a vacant house and stealing aluminum ladders, gutters and lawn sprinklers.
Robert Pinkham, of 281 Bishop St. in Attleboro, pleaded innocent Friday in Attleboro District Court to breaking and entering, larceny, malicious damage and possession of burglar's tools.
He is free on $500 cash bail.
Pinkham was arrested about 10:15 p.m. Thursday inside a Wilmarth Street home by officers John Hynes, Stephen Graney, Raymond Russas and Kevin Fuoco.
Police said Pinkham had a flashlight and a pry bar with him. They also allege that he had loaded up his van with the materials.
