Folan Jr., to Pamela R. Muller, daughter of James and Pamela Muller of Andover. A wedding is planned for June 6, 2008 at the Andover Country Club. Ms. Muller graduated from Andover High School in 1999. She received a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth in 2004. She is a registered nurse. Mr. Folan graduated from Attleboro High School in 1999. He received a bachelor's degree in meteorology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell in 2003.
