Ms. O'Connell is a 1998 graduate of Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro. She received a bachelor's degree in business communications from Assumption College in Worcester in 2002. She is a marketing communications specialist at the National Perinatal Information Center in Providence. Mr. Riley is a 1992 graduate of Coventry High School in Coventry, R.I. He studied accounting and marketing at Nichols College in Dudley. He is a general contractor in Rhode Island.
