ATTLEBORO - A North Attleboro man was arraigned Tuesday on charges he broke into his neighbor's apartment and stole prescriptions pills, DVDs, tools and a power drill.

Andrew C. Burt Jr., 22, of 47 Juniper Road, Apt. 3, in North Attleboro, pleaded innocent in Attleboro District Court and was ordered held in jail on $500 cash bail.

He was arrested Monday night at the police station after an investigation by Detective Daniel Arrighi. The break-in occurred June 10 at another apartment in the building, according to police.
