FOXBORO - A pizzeria, tanning salon, nail salon and hair salon have signed leases at a new mixed-use development in town.

Mamouzellos Pizza, Tanorama, Foxy Nails and Supercuts are among the newest tenants at Chestnut Green on the former Foxboro State Hospital campus.

The four businesses, along with Sharon Credit Union and Reliable Dry Cleaners will combine for about 10,000 square feet of retail space.

The six tenants have signed leases for space ranging from 1,000 to 2,400 square feet.

Walgreen's, The Learning Experience, Waxy O'Connor's Irish Pub and Restaurant and Babel's Paint & Decorating Store were previously announced as tenants. The retail part of Chestnut Green is now 78 percent leased, according to developer Vincent O'Neill, president of VinCo Properties. The retail and commercial office space will be complete this fall.

In March, VinCo announced that it had closed on a major $21 million financing package with Wells Fargo that allows for the final phase of office and retail construction.
