Young Democrats back Bowles in Attleboro rep race
Top Headlines The winner of the Sept. 16 Democratic primary will face the Republican candidate, City Councilor George Ross, in the November election for the right to replace retiring state Rep. John Lepper, R-Attleboro. In a news release, the Young Democrats said Bowles stood above the rest. Young Democrats Chairwoman Felicia Connolly said Bowles' stance on important issues facing Attleboro speaks to younger voters' cares and ideals. Specifically, many young Attleboro voters support increasing public education funding, the reconstruction of Attleboro High School and the funding of youth programs. Bowles has said that he plans to support increased funding of education at all levels and work to obtain funding for the reconstruction of Attleboro High School. "We are endorsing the most experienced, qualified, dedicated, and professionally sound person for state representative," said Connolly.

It is clear to me at this point Bowles is the only qualified candidate from either party. If their are any smoke screens around, and I'm sure there are plenty they are in other campaigns.
