Prall - Giguere

Attleboro - Suzanne Prall and Lucas Giguere were married at St. John the Evangelist Church in Attleboro on October 6, 2007. Father Dennis officiated at the military ceremony that featured a sword detail.

A reception at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick, R.I., followed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of John and Claudia Prall of North Attleboro and Armand and Carolyn Malo of Attleboro. The bridegroom is the son of Oliver and Jacqueline Giguere of Blackstone.

Given in marriage by her father, John, the bride wore a strapless ivory gown with a sinched bodice, drop waist and tulle bottom. She carried a bouquet of deep red roses.

Matrons of honor were Katie Rebelo and Kristen Rea, both friends of the bride.

Bridesmaids were Liz Grundy, Kendra Blake, Kim Doyon, Melissa Kerwin, Jessica Baldi, and Suzanne Grillo, all friends of the bride, and Jane Bennett, sister of the groom.

Best man was Eric Giguere, brother of the groom.

Ushers were Jim Prall, brother of the bride, Bobby Roy, John Downs, Colin Grabowski, Andy Page, Timmy Galuza, and Jon Lamoreux, all friends of the groom.

Ring bearer was Jake Prall, brother of the bride.

The bride graduated from Bridgewater State College in 2000 with bachelor's degrees in English and education. She earned a master's degree in education with a concentration in literacy from Lesley University in 2002.

She is a middle school special education teacher in Franklin.

The groom graduated from Westfield State College in 2002 with bachelor's degrees in psychology and education. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in educational administration.

He is a sixth grade social studies teacher and administrative intern.

After a wedding trip to Antigua and St. Lucia, the couple is currently in the process of building a house in North Attleboro.
