RUMFORD, R.I. - Kendra Ringuette and Scott Jenkins were married on September 22, 2007 at Newman Congregational Church in Rumford, R.I.

A reception at Pawtucket Country Club in Pawtucket followed.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Barry Holway of Attleboro. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Jenkins of Portsmouth, R.I.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Matron of honor was Stephanie Jenkins, sister-in-law of the groom. Bridesmaids were Kimberly Brown and Kristen Brown, cousins of the bride, and Bobbi Jo Dennis, Allyssa Beach and Paige Rentel, friends of the bride.

Thomas Jenkins, the groom's brother, served as best man.

Ushers were Bernie Ringuette Jr., brother of the bride, Ryan Ringuette, nephew of the bride, Timothy Jenkins, cousin of the groom, Timothy Ryan, friend of the groom, Rick Sparta, cousin of the groom, Nicholas McPherson, friend of the groom, and Aaron Berman, friend of the groom.

The bride is a graduate of Attleboro High School, class of 1996. She attended Community College of Rhode Island and graduated from nursing school in 2006. She is a visiting nurse case manager for Caritas Home Care in Fall River.

The groom, a veteran of the United States Air Force, completed three tours in the Middle East. He is an independent contractor in Rhode Island.

The couple took a wedding trip to Bermuda and resides in Tiverton, R.I.
