![]() Top Headlines The bride is the daughter of Paul Galofaro of Attleboro, and Deborah Metaxas of Bristol, R.I. The bridegroom is the son of Jim and Margaret Danis of Upton. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a diamond white Isabella Chessari gown. The silk strapless dress was adorned with beads and embroidery, and featured covered buttons down the back. The bride carried a hand-tied bouquet of white roses, white posey calla lilies, stephanotis and hydrangeas. The stems were wrapped in ribbon and detailed with the bride's late grandmother's ring and grandfather's military ID tags. Molly Galofaro served as maid of honor for her sister. The bridesmaids were Christine Gorelczenko, sister-in-law of the bride, Jacqueline Danis, sister of the groom, Molly Lacolla, best friend of the bride, and Kristen Galofaro, Julie Ferro and Kaitie Galofaro, all cousins of the bride. Nick Avery, a close friend of the bride and groom, served as best man. The ushers were Chris Gorelczenko, brother of the bride, Kevin Welch, brother-in-law of the groom, Adam Metaxas, brother of the bride, and Dave Hatch, friend of the groom. Connor Danis-Welch and Tyler Gorelczenko, both nephews of the bride and groom, were junior groomsmen. The ring bearers were Cody Gorelczenko and Dylan Danis-Welch, both nephews of the bride and groom. The bride and groom's dog, Ty, was walked down the aisle by their oldest nephew, Connor. The bride earned a bachelor's degree from Bridgewater State College. She is an inside account manager at EMC Corporation in Franklin. The groom earned a bachelor's degree from Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. He is a general manager at Independent Compressor Service Inc., out of Upton. After a honeymoon to Jamaica, the couple is residing in Franklin.
