Lihzis on August 31, 2007. Lucien Poyant officiated. The bride is the daughter of Paula J. Olliney of Foxboro. The bridegroom is the son of John and Karen Lihzis of Mashpee. The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Nicholas W. Olliney. She carried a bouquet of hot pink roses and green hydrangeas. Amy Lihzis, a friend and sister-in-law of the groom, was the matron of honor. Margaret Naughton, a longtime friend of the bride, was the bridesmaid. The flower girls were Julia and Alyson Lihzis, nieces of the groom. Brian Lihzis, brother of the groom, served as best man. The ushers were Matthew Kwedor, Leonard Goldman, and Dennis Gorczyka, all friends of the groom. The bride graduated from Foxboro High School. The groom is a graduate of Mashpee High School. The couple spent one week of their honeymoon in Florida and another week on a Caribbean cruise. They plan to reside in Norton.
