Negril, Jamaica - An ocean view gazebo on Seven Mile Beach at the Sandals Resort in Negril, Jamaica was the setting for the wedding of Miranda Denise Reay and Matthew Lawrence Cook on October 12, 2007.

Richard Oliver Ramsay officiated at the ceremony. The couple, along with their family and friends, celebrated at a reception at the resort following the ceremony, as well as on October 19, 2007 at The Coachmen's Lodge in Bellingham upon their return.

The bride is the daughter of Jo-ann McKay and David McKay of Attleboro and Wayne Reay and Georgia Reay of Norwich, Conn. The bridegroom is the son of Timothy Cook Sr. and Bernadette Cook of Attleboro.

Given in marriage by her mother Jo-ann and grandmother, Joan Dupre, the bride wore a white, strapless, A-line organza and satin gown that featured delicate beading and metallic embroidery. The gown's details continued into the full skirt and sweep train.

A hand-tied bouquet of magenta and blue orchids, white roses and a calla lily completed the ensemble.
Diana Arenburg, cousin of the bride, served as maid of honor.

Timothy Cook Sr., father of the groom, served as best man.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Attleboro High School.

She is a nanny for a player of the New England Patriots.

The groom is a 1999 graduate of Attleboro High School.

He is a police officer in Attleboro.

After honeymooning in Negril, the couple currently resides in Attleboro.
