Ruhfass, to Ryan W. Haggerty, son of William and Christine Haggerty of Norton. A wedding is planned for the late summer of 2008 in Bristol, R.I. Ms. Ruhfass graduated from Neshaminy High School in Langhorne, Pa. She earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from Roger Williams University in Bristol, and a master's degree in urban planning from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, N.Y. She is an urban designer with Goody Clancy in Boston. Mr. Haggerty graduated from Norton High School. He also earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from Roger Williams University. He is an architect with Vision 3 Architects in Providence.
