Holden - Mr. and Mrs. John and Betty Dudley of Holden announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Marie Dudley, to Steven Joseph Johnson Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Steven and Eileen Johnson of Attleboro.

A wedding is planned for September 2008 in Gloucester.

Ms. Dudley is a 1997 graduate of Wachusett Regional High School and received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bryant College in Smithfield, R.I., in 2001.

She is a senior business analyst at Liberty Mutual in Boston.

Mr. Johnson graduated from Attleboro High School and received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bryant College in 1998. He is an operations manager in business automation at John Hancock in Boston.
