North Attleboro - Bruce and Sandra England of North Attleboro announce the engagement of their son, Brent Raymond England, to Sarah Lynn McCabe, daughter of Daniel and Linda McCabe of Schuylerville, N.Y.

An intimate outdoor wedding is planned for June 22, 2008 on Rangely Lake in Oquossoc, Maine. A large reception is planned for late summer.

Dr. McCabe received a bachelor's degree in molecular psychobiology with honors from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She recently received a doctorate from Brown University, concentrating in molecular pharmacology and physiology.

She currently works as a senior pharmacovigilance associate at Biogen Idec in Cambridge, as well as an adjunct professor at Brown University in Providence.

Mr. England received a bachelor's degree in marine safety and environmental protection, concentrating in emergency management, from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. He works as a federal on-scene coordinator for the United States Environmental Protection Agency, New England Region 1, in Boston.
