North Attleboro - Loren and Laurie Carpenter and Kevin Feid, of North Attleboro, are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Matthew A. Feid, to Robyn L. Danahy, daughter of Patrick and Anne Danahy of Methuen.

The couple met while working and attending classes together at the University of Connecticut. A May 31, 2008 wedding is planned in Andover.

Ms. Danahy is a 1998 graduate of Methuen High School. She received a bachelor's degree in sport management from Eastern Connecticut State University and a master's of education in kinesiology from the University of Connecticut.

She is a client services project manager for Scoutware, LLC.

Mr. Feid is a 1998 graduate of North Attleboro High School. He received a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's of education in kinesiology from the University of Connecticut. He is a financial analyst for Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.
