Whether it's a hot coffee in the morning or an iced coffee in the afternoon, I am always up for a Dewlicious coffee.

Great customer service, always important, is available at all four Honey Dew locations right here in Attleboro: 480 Washington St., 290 County St., 58 Juniper Ave., and 127 Pleasant St.

Honey Dew was founded in Mansfield in 1973 by Richard J. Bowen, and currently has over 150 franchise locations throughout New England. Honey Dew has maintained its reputation for being one of the best in customer service, quality coffee and delicious pastries.

In 2007, The Mystery Shop Association held an annual wait time study among 24 New England fast food restaurants. Honey Dew was rated number three with a return rate of 100 percent. The return ratio reflects if a consumer will return or not. The average Honey Dew consumer averaged about two minutes and 13 seconds from the time they ordered to the time they received their order. Honey Dew's major competitor, Dunkin' Donuts, was ranked at 19 out of 24 restaurants with an average return rate of 84.3 percent. Dunkin' customers waited four minutes and three seconds.

Honey Dew continues to offer its customers new products. The Dew recently added to its menu the sandwich wrap - bacon, sausage, ham, egg, and most recently steak and cheese, which can also come on a croissant, bagel, or English muffin.
