PAWTUCKET - Two masked men robbed a lone Pawtucket beauty supply store employee at gunpoint Sunday.

The suspects, at least one of whom was armed with a handgun, fled with the day's cash receipts, police said.

The armed robbery happened around 2:15 p.m. at the Cosmo Prof, 50 Ann Mary St., near Route 122.

Pawtucket Police detectives are looking for information about a maroon Toyota Camry bearing only a rear Massachusetts registration plate with red lettering.

Police are asking anyone with information to call the Pawtucket Police at 401-727-9100.

" it is pretty bad, when you work all day, and a couple of crooks, come and rob you of your hard labor. maybe they have robbed mass. dry, now they have moved into little rhody. one mass. plate with red lettering, i don't think so, unless they only stole one plate. if you have just one plate in mass., it better have green lettering!
