NORTON - Sophomore Matt DeGiorgio carded an even par round of 36 at the Norton Country Club Wednesday to guide the Mansfield High golf team to a 158-168 victory over Foxboro in a Hockomock League match.

DeGiorgio inked a pair of birdies on his scorecard to help the Hornets, now 2-0. Senior Bob Fluckinger also broke 40 for Mansfield with a 2-over-par round of 38. Junior Brian Kronmiller was the Warriors' medalist with a 3-over-par 39.

The Hornets played their third of four matches in four days today at the Norton CC against Canton, while Foxboro entertains Sharon.

**At the Ledgemont Country Club, Zach Baron carded an even par round of 36 and along with Lucas Preston secured 15 points in the first flight for SEEKONK in a 401/2-131/2 victory over Case in a South Coast Conference match. The Warriors (1-1) visit Fairhaven today.
