ATTLEBORO - Police were searching for a suspect in connection with an armed robbery of a pizza delivery person on Saturday night in the area near Mendon Road in South Attleboro.

According to reports on the police scanner, a pizza delivery person was held up at knifepoint by an unidentified male, who was described as wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans and a white hat.

As of late Saturday night, police had not made any arrests, and it was believed the suspect may have been heading toward Pawtucket.
