NORTON - Thirteen streets - 10 of them off Reservoir Street - are targeted for asphalt stripping this spring, Highway Superintendent Keith Silver said.

The process is known as cold planing.

The streets scheduled off Reservoir are: Lazy and Farm lanes, and Rumford, Wampum, Harbor, Ridge, Indian, Arrow, Ledge and Acre roads.

Cold planing also is planned for South Worcester Street, from Dean Street to John Scott Boulevard; Oak Street and Shelly Road.
