Paul Pontes' unbeaten Bishop Feehan High girls' soccer team is riddled with injuries. Captain Liz Farrell and workhorse defender Cat Wald are gone for the season with ACL injuries, striker Siobhan Devoy may be out for another week with a foot injury and Meg Zerba is banged up...

Former Dighton-Rehoboth High soccer star Tim Warren, a senior defender with the St. Michael's College (5-6-1) booters, scored the match-winning goal in the 70th minute in a 1-0 victory at Stonehill. Warren hasn't missed a start since moving into the lineup late in his freshman year...

"He's such a machine, such a workhorse," North Attleboro High boys' soccer coach Steve Santos praised senior midfielder Christian Pirnie, whose endless energy and runs and throw-ins put tremendous pressure on opponents...

Junior captain Jason Beland of the Foxboro High cross country team is the son of former Attleboro High distance star, Dennis Beland, the Warriors' No. 1 runner. He tailed Mike Moverman (4:16 miler, ranked No. 8 nationally) of Oliver Ames the entire race the other day.
