Sign children up for spooky programs

FOXBORO - A special Halloween story/craft program for 3 to 5 year-old children will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 20 at the Boyden Library. Registration begins Oct. 10.

The library will also present Halloween fun with Jeannie Mack at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21. Parents can register 4 to 10 year-old children beginning Oct. 10. This is a program of interactive Halloween songs, stories with eerie sound effects, riddles, rhymes, poems, and laughs.

Call 508-543-1246 to sign up for programs. Both programs are free and will be held in the Boyden Library Fuller Room and are sponsored by the Friends of the Boyden Library Foundation.

Health center takes 'Trip to the Farm' FOXBORO - The Foxboro Center for Women's & Family Health on Route 1 will host a free "Trip to the Farm" on Saturday, Oct. 25. It will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at Jane and Paul's Farm in Norfolk.

The event is open to all. Adults and children are invited to activities, which include feeding the animals, hay rides, pumpkin picking, and a corn maze.

Tickets can be picked up at the center from Oct. 6 to Oct. 17 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in
