ATTLEBORO - Soccer teams from Attleboro netted a basketful of medals during the annual Special Olympics Massachusetts Fall Soccer Tournament at Governor's Academy in Byfield.

Heller's Angels Junior Traditional team, coached by Bethany Volpe and Tim Antone won the gold medal. Team members are Joseph Scales, 12, Brennan Middle School; Camille Howe, 10, Willett Elementary School; Carly Paras, 15, Brennan Middle School; Katelyn Phipps, 14, Brennan Middle School; Michael Rivera-Corretjer, 14, Brennan Middle School; and Connor Strom, 12, Wamsutta Middle School.

Heller's Angels Junior Unified team, coached by Evan Heller and Shaina Garro won the bronze medal. Team members are Victoria Antone, 8, Hill-Roberts Elementary School; Hanah Mikulis-Laviano, 13, Cardinal Cushing; Jared Nicks, 10, Brennan Middle School; James Renaud, 13, Brennan Middle School; Shandell Saylors, 12; Cassandra Strom, 10, Brennan Middle School; and Sarah Vincent, 15, Brennan Middle School.

Heller's Angels Senior Unified team, coached by Beth Sousa and Ashleigh Dore won the gold medal. Team members include Stephen Almeida, 18; Thao Nguyen, 17, Jaklyn Saylors, 18, Richard Sousa, 21; John Titus, 16; Jonathan Sousa, 14, all of Attleboro High School, and Laura Vincent, 14, Brennan Middle School.

Heller's Angels Bobcats team, coached by Ranelle Cruz and Susan Brindley won the bronze medal. Team members include James Case, 16; Sheila DaSilva, 15; Malik Garro-Emmanuel, 17; Zachary Howe, 15; Brendan Slack, 21; Kyle Titus, 16, all of Attleboro High School; Benjamin Heller, 13, Brennan Middle School;chael Ladouceur, 18. Heller's Angels will begin training for winter games in the next few weeks.

The team will compete in 10-pin bowling and basketball. Bowling practice will practice at East Providence Lanes Thursday evenings and basketball practice will be at Willett Elementary School gymnasium on Tuesday evenings.
