FRANKLIN - A 23-year-old man escaped serious injury after his vehicle rolled over three times on Interstate 495 North, just over the Wrentham line early this morning.

The vehicle ended up in woods following the 5:30 a.m. accident.

The driver was outside the vehicle when public safety workers arrived, but was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center as a precaution.

"He got really lucky," a fire department dispatcher said.

It was raining heavily at the time and that may have been a factor in the crash, officials said. Wrentham firefighters were sent to the scene initially.
