Prior to a face-to-face meeting at The Boston Home in Dorchester, Sun Chronicle staff reporter Rick Foster conducted an online interview with former Attleboro resident Cathy Hutchinson.

She composed her answers using a laptop computer and an automated letter scanning system that allows her to write e-mail messages.
