MANSFIELD - A Mansfield woman has been inducted into the Rodeo Hall of Fame posthumously.

The late Claire Belcher Thompson was among nine inductees Sunday during a ceremony at the hall, part of the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City, Okla.

Thompson was a champion bronc rider who perfected her skills while working at the 101 Wild West Show, according to published reports.
