Dodgeville Mill kicks off Christmas season

ATTLEBORO - A holiday celebration of Dodgeville Mill this weekend will help kick off the marking of the 100th anniversary of the historic building.
The owner of the mill will hold an event from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday which will be capped with the lighting of a Christmas tree in the mill's landmark cupola.
The day will start with people dressed in period clothing talking about the history of the mill and will end with lighting of the 12-foot tree.
The 100th anniversary of the mill will be marked all through 2009.
