SHARON - A 57-year-old Foxboro man died Sunday after his car snapped a utility pole in Sharon.
The accident happened on Depot Street at the Route 27 intersection, near the center of town, about 2:30 p.m., police and fire officials said Sunday night. The crash brought the utility wires down, fire Capt. John McLean said.
Firefighters found the victim in cardiac arrest and took him to Caritas Norwood Hospital in Norwood, where he was pronounced dead, McLean said.
