ATTLEBORO - Dozens of students at Dayspring Christian Academy of Attleboro received special awards and commendations recently when the school held its annual awards assembly at the adjacent South Attleboro Assembly of God Church on its final day of classes for the 2008-09 academic year.

Awards

Certificates recognizing highest academic averages for the past year in each class of the school were presented to first-graders Ethan Corriveau, Aidan Murtha and Thomas Sheppard; second-grader Tatum Bisch; third-graders Juliana Phillips and Nicole Sorial; fourth-graders Sharon Rajadurai and Rachel Mayer; fifth-graders Cassidy Theroux and Olivia Phillies; sixth-graders Sharon-Rose Granata and Samantha Fayard; and seventh-grader Brandon Clark.

Accorded Citizenship Awards for Christian character were first-graders Christian Vo and Alexander Salois; second-grader Sarah Brouillard; third-graders Juliana Phillips and Rebecca Marshall; fourth-graders Maria Santana and Trevor Moulton; fifth-graders Kendall Gaouette, Sara Marchione and Victoria Proulx; sixth-graders Joshiah Boirard and Austen Toye; and seventh-grader Brandon Clark.
