Jeniya Angellie Marie Ebert, 3

ATTLEBORO - Jeniya Angellie Marie Ebert, 3, of Sargent Circle, Attleboro, died on Saturday, June 20, 2009 as a result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident on Interstate 95 in Attleboro.

Born in Attleboro, Mass. on Feb. 10, 2006, she was the daughter of Anthony M. Perito of Attleboro and Jessica L. Ebert of Attleboro, who was seriously injured in the accident.

Affectionately known by her family as "Pork Chop," she was "an angel." From birth she brought much happiness to her mom and dad, and all those in her life.

A happy little girl, she loved listening to music and treasured the time with her cousins, in particular, the times shared with cousin Jamie Lynn Davies. A fan of Hannah Montana, she got excited about everything and loved the times spent cooking with her Nana, especially helping to make "Thursday Night Dinner." She was very lovable, sociable and enjoyed caring for other children.

In addition to her parents, she leaves a brother, JaiVaughn R. X. Ebert of Attleboro; her maternal grandparents, Heather Lynn (Ebert) Kercado of Attleboro and Daniel S. Kercado of Fall River; her paternal grandparents, Janice Perito of New York, formerly of Attleboro, and Vincent Perito of Cape Cod; her maternal great-grandparents, David E. and Eileen A. (Stelmack) Ebert of Attleboro and Albert and Linda D. (Wilson) Corrao of North Port, Fla.; her maternal great-great-grandmother, Evelyn E. (Sweet) Wilson of North Attleboro; her paternal great-grandparents, Julia Cacciotta and Walter Baptiste; her paternal great-great-grandparents, Frances Barrows and Walter Baptiste; her paternal great-great-great-grandmother, Noella Baptiste; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends.

Due to the seriousness of the accident and the injuries of additional family members, visitation will be held on a future date in the Memorial Chapel of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Ave., Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.

Funeral services, also to be held on a future date, will be strictly private for immediate family only.

Burial will be in Newell Burying Ground, South Attleboro.

Anthony David Cipriano, 45

FRANKLIN
- Anthony David Cipriano, 45, of Franklin, died Thursday, June 25, 2009 at Milford Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Jodi (Meunier) Cipriano.

Born in Attleboro, Oct. 31, 1963, a son of the late James and Blanche (Cunningham) Cipriano, he was raised and educated in North Attleboro.

He lived in Franklin for over 22 years, and was a heavy equipment operator and the owner and operator of AC Landscaping Inc.

He enjoyed his family, fishing, hunting, riding, and building his house in Maine.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his daughter, Brandi Cabino Navas and her husband Nicholas of Littleton N.H.; three sons: Justin Cabino of Franklin, William Cabino Jr. and his wife Melissa of Mansfield, and Zachary Cipriano of Franklin. He was also the father of the late LCPL Shayne M. Cabino, USMC, of Franklin, who died in 2005.

Also surviving are four brothers: James Cipriano Jr. of Cumberland, R.I., John Cipriano of North Attleboro, Thomas Cipriano of Plymouth, and Michael Cipriano of Harmony, Maine; four sisters: Catherine Jordan of Vanceboro, Maine, Ellen Lavasseur of Emden, Maine, Margaret Fisher of Taunton, Blanche Lyons of Skowhegan, Maine, and the late Frances Cipriano.

He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Carol Mazelli of Franklin, and many nieces, nephews, brother and sister-in-laws, and many friends who loved him dearly and will miss him tremendously.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral, Tuesday, June 30 at 10 a.m. at St. John's Episcopal Church, 237 Pleasant St., Franklin. Pastor John Sullivan of Tri-County Full Gospel Fellowship Church will officiate. Interment is private.

Calling hours are Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home, 33 Cottage St., Franklin.

Michael Patrick Sullivan, 28

2000 Attleboro High Graduate

PLAINVILLE - Michael Patrick Sullivan, 28, of Messenger Street, Plainville; formerly of Attleboro and North Attleboro; died surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at the Tippett Home in Needham following a courageous battle fought against an illness first diagnosed on March 19, 2008.

Born in Boston on St. Patrick's Day - March 17, 1981, he was the son of Michael Thomas Sullivan and his wife Marcia L. (Greim) Sullivan of Attleboro and Patricia A. (Burgess) Simpson and her husband Russell E. Simpson of North Attleboro. He was raised and educated in Attleboro and resided in Plainville since January. Previously, Mr. Sullivan resided in North Attleboro and Holliston. He was a member of the Class of 2000 at Attleboro High School.

He was employed as a customer service representative for Debt Management in Plainville for three months until his illness in 2008. Previously he was employed as a lab technician for Cold Chain Labs in Holliston.

With family members, he attended St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Attleboro and the Franklin Methodist Church. He was a spiritual person with a love for nature and the outdoors.

Filled with creativity, he enjoyed writing poetry and will be lovingly remembered for his sense of humor and wit.

As an ardent outdoorsman, he enjoyed skiing, biking, fishing, swimming, boating and sledding.

A family member to many, he was a friend to all.

Times spent at the beach and ocean were among his favorite pastimes. He particularly enjoyed and treasured the times spent in Marstons Mills with his grandparents, times in his youth in Peterborough, N.H., gatherings at Duxbury Beach and the family cottage on College Pond in Plymouth.

His family and circle of friends were of the most importance to him. He was happiest when socializing and his presence will be terribly missed by all who were blessed to have known him.

He was the "great uncle" to his admiring nephews and niece.

His family will remember him with love and fondness for his "free spirit" attitude.

In addition to his devoted parents, he leaves his siblings: Kathleen Lynn (Sullivan) Thurber and her husband, Michael's longtime best friend, Michael J. Thurber of Attleboro; Brendan G. Sullivan of North Attleboro; Sean D. Niles of North Attleboro and Sara E. Niles of North Attleboro; his nephews: Austin J. Thurber and Aiden M. Thurber, both of Attleboro; a niece, Ava G. Thurber of Attleboro; his grandparents: R. Wayne and Betty L. (Cook) Burgess of Needham, Eileen (Baron) Sullivan of Norwood, Ida (Venteruso) Simpson of Franklin and Donald F. and Joan A. Greim of Marstons Mills; his godparents: Gregory J. Sullivan of Norwood and Deborah Banks of Millis; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and dear friends.

He was the grandson of the late Michael H. Sullivan and the late Walter E. Simpson.

Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery and Arboretum, North Attleboro.

Following cemetery services, family and friends will be welcomed to join the family for a time of continued fellowship and refreshments at a location to be announced.

Matthew David William Kercado, 20

TAUNTON - Matthew David William Kercado, 20, of High Street, Taunton, formerly of Attleboro; died on Saturday, June 20, 2009 as a result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident on Interstate 95 in Attleboro.

Born in Attleboro, Mass. on Sept. 29, 1988, he was a son of Daniel S. Kercado of Fall River and Heather Lynn (Ebert) Kercado of Taunton. He was a lifelong resident of Attleboro, where he was raised and educated, until he moved to Taunton two years ago.

Matthew previously worked for Larson Tool Company in Attleboro. He was also an independent contractor, having performed car detailing and roofing.

Matthew was a "typical" 20-year-old who enjoyed hanging out with his friends and having a good time. He enjoyed fresh and salt water fishing, attending car shows and time spent with his family. As many young adults his age, he loved clothes and sneakers and was always impeccably dressed.

In addition to his parents, he leaves four sisters: Jessica L. Ebert of Attleboro, Tyisha Kercado of Taunton, Erica DeForest of North Attleboro and Krystal DeForest of Providence; his maternal grandparents: David E. and Eileen A. (Stelmack) Ebert of Attleboro, and Albert and Linda D. (Wilson) Corrao of North Port, Fla.; his paternal grandmother, Cecilia (Soto) Kercado of New Bedford; his maternal great-grandmother, Evelyn E. (Sweet) Wilson of North Attleboro; a nephew, JaiVaughn R. X. Ebert of Attleboro; his best friend and cousin, PFC M. Dwayne Smith, U.S. Marine Corps, of North Attleboro; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends.

He was the uncle of the late Jeniya A. M. Ebert, who also died of injuries suffered in the accident on June 20, 2009.

Matthew was the paternal grandson of the late Jose Kercado and was the great-grandson of the late Lester and Frances L. (Rogers) Ebert and William F. Wilson.

He was the nephew of the late Jamie Dale Ebert, who died on Nov. 30, 2002 at the age of 31.

Edmond R. Driscoll, 86

WALPOLE - Edmond R. Driscoll, 86, died in the New England Sinai Hospital in Stoughton on Thursday, June 25, 2009 surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Norwood, Mass. on Jan. 12, 1923, he was the son of the late Cornellius J. and Anne M. (Rainsford) Driscoll. He graduated from Walpole High School with the Class of 1941; and went on to attend Wentworth Institute of Boston, where he earned a certificate in electrical engineering in 1943.

Following his certificate completion, Mr. Driscoll entered the U.S. Army and served his country during World War II in the 128 AAA Gun Battalion Battery B. He landed on Omaha Beach on Day 11, and moved throughout Europe into France, Germany, Poland, and Austria. In Austria, he helped liberate the Mauthausen Concentration Camp. After the war, he remained in Europe to ensure the freedom of Prisoners of War.

Most recently he attended the 50th Anniversary of the Invasion of Normandy that took place in 1994.

He was a lieutentant on the Walpole Police Department, and previously worked for the Norfolk Prison as a correction officer, and prior at the Bird and Son.

During his career at the Walpole Police Department, he earned his degree in Criminal Justice at Northeastern University.

Mr. Driscoll was a lifelong resident of Walpole, Mass.

He enjoyed traveling the world, visiting Europe and the Carribbean, where he wintered in Isle Verde, Puerto Rico. He was an avid reader, and enjoyed running, taking part in the police run. Mr. Driscoll also enjoyed cooking as well as dining on fine food and cuisine. He very much enjoyed attending museums and churches.

Mr. Driscoll was a devoted Catholic who lived with the Trapist Monks for one week a year at the Abby in Spencer, Mass., as well as supported the Trapist Nuns in Wrentham, Mass.

However, he loved spending time with his family, especially his great-grandchildren.

Beloved husband of the late Anne M. (Walsh) Driscoll. Loving father of Maura A. Tomaso of Mansfield, Jane E. Rainsford of Walpole, and Sheila Danforth of Attleboro. Cherished grandfather of seven and great-grandfather of 10. Brother of the late Genevieve W. Alessi. Devoted companion of the late Jacqueline O'Reilly. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated Tuesday, June 30 at 10 a.m. at Saint Mary's Church, 58 Carpenter St., Foxboro. Visiting hours are Monday, June 29 from 3 to 7 p.m. in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common St., Walpole.

Interment will be in Saint Francis Cemetery, Walpole.

David Chege Muhia

Certified Nurse's Aid

WORCESTER - David Chege Muhia, 37, of West Street, Worcester, died unexpectedly Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester.

Born in Kiambu, Kenya on Oct. 8, 1971, he was a son of Margaret (Njoki) Muhia of Kenya and the late John M. Ngigi. He was raised and educated in Kenya.

Mr. Muhia was employed as a certified nurse's aide for the Spring Valley Nursing Home in Worcester for several years.

He had been a resident of the City of Worcester for the past 10 years, having moved to the United States from his native country of Kenya.

Mr. Muhia was an avid reader and enjoyed watching sports, especially basketball, on television.

In addition to his mother, he leaves four siblings: Virginia Wanjiru, Loise Wambui, Mary Wanjra and Samuel Ngigi, all of Kenya; and many dear friends, including Allan W. Waigera and Jane Miru of Worcester.
