FOXBORO - Lee Estabrook has been moved from associate member to regular member of the zoning board of appeals.
Selectmen took the action last week.
Estabrook will complete the term of member Ron Horta, an attorney who recently resigned, citing the demands of his legal practice.
Erik McKenzie and James Forster are the other two regular members of the zoning board.
Christopher Karvonen, the newest member of the panel, is an associate member.
Estabrook's move creates an opening as associate member.
In other committee action, selectmen accepted Valerie Bataille-Ferry's resignation from the conservation commission.
Offers to serve
Three residents who have offered to serve on the commission - James W. Marsh, James Rehill, and David Will - will be notified of the board's plan to discuss filling the seat on Oct. 27.
Commission Chairman Robert Boette recommended the appointment of Marsh, saying he has attended commission meetings in recent weeks, and that his skills as a lawyer with environmental expertise would serve the town well.
Selectman Paul Mortenson said he was leaning toward appointing Will at this time.
