Buzz: Patriot Place goes solar

Patriot Place is going solar. Constellation Energy's Projects and Services Group will build a roughly $3 million photovoltaic system that will supply about 30 percent of the 1.3 million-square-foot retail, dining and entertainment complex's power, Patriot Place and Constellation Energy officials said. Construction is expected to start later this month, and be done by year's end. The Hall at Patriot Place Presented by Raytheon will be among the seven buildings hosting the solar power system, officials said.
