Rory and Katie (Feid) Bloom of Putnam, Conn., are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Griffen James Bloom, on July 16, 2009 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

Griffen weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and was 18 inches long at birth.

He joins sibiling, Madison, 2.

His grandparents are Laurie and Loren Carpenter of North Attleboro, Kevin Feid of North Attleboro and Marion and Joel Bloom of Sharon.
