HAVE A NOTE? E-mail it to notester@thesunchronicle.com or notester@silvercitybulletin.com.

Sez me:

The mussels and clams in a spicy tomato ginger sauce and the roasted corn chowder were big hits with The Notester during a recent luncheon visit to the new Trinity Bar & Restaurant on 123 in Norton, which has all the flavor of a true Irish pub. On a subsequent visit The Notester tried another noteworthy dish, the Fork and Knife Burger. That's a half-pound Black Angus topped with cheddar cheese and an egg fried sunny side up, served in this instance with spicy pimenta, crispy onions and sweet potato fries. In addition to entrees, they also have pizzas, salads and sandwiches, and the Bass Ale battered fish and chips looked good. The dinner menu has more options and they have a kids menu with items for 6 bucks. www.trinitynorton.com and 774.430.3424
