Saturday, November 28Double Header - Lynn Paul Jr. and Wheels of FireLynn Paul Jr.'s music has been described as "Bluesy music with catchy hooks" by Mike Popovich of WCUR. He premiered on the Boston circuit with another musician as the "Mike Viola Alliance." Together they performed with acts like Hall and Oates, Todd Rundgren, Alvin Lee and Joe Perry.
Paul continued to play live, write, and record his own music. Live appearances included Meat Loaf, Rick Derringer, Extreme and Beatlemania. He enjoyed working with national acts like J. Geils Band, Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band, along with many local acts in the New England area.
With an authentic "Crea.m." sound, Wheels of Fire does total justice to the soaring ja.m. band from the psychedelic era. The band performs with a deep respect for the advanced talents of Ginger Baker, Jack Bruce and the legendary Eric Clapton.
